Position: IT Asset Manager

Overview:
The IT Asset Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT assets, including hardware and software. This role ensures assets are properly tracked, maintained, and compliant with policies, and oversees procurement, audits, and disposal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets (procurement to disposal).

• Maintain accurate inventory and asset tracking.

• Ensure compliance with software licenses and warranties.

• Conduct regular asset audits and report status to management.

• Manage secure disposal of outdated equipment.

• Work with vendors for returns, service agreements, and warranties.

• Collaborate with IT and procurement teams for efficient asset management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in IT asset management or related roles.

• Familiarity with asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Ivanti).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
